Community!Youth Concepts believes in the use of curricula to help provide structure and guidance to facilitators. The Wyman Teen Outreach Program (TOP) is one of the few youth development curriculums geared for middle and high school students that has a strong research-base and allows flexibility to meet the individual needs of youth. We have particularly been impressed with the core requirement of TOP participants to engage in youth-directed community service. CYC has a strong relationship with the Wyman Center and Ms. Croll is a certified trainer of trainers in the TOP curriculum. Find out more about TOP here.
