I liked the activities and would like to have a full day of that. I especially liked the communication activity; it helped me see that although we all got the same instructions, it is okay to clarify as much as I need in order to make sure I am doing what my teammate giving the instructions wants. I felt they were empowering and built more teamwork at my organization. Thank you again for being willing to work with us, we truly enjoy it!
