If you have access to a smart phone, video camera, or other recording device, you can quickly and easily make your own PSA about ANY community issue that is of interest to you. Keep in mind a PSA is short, usually between 30 seconds and a minute. While you can make an educational video as long as you want, think about how long it takes before you get bored. If you lose interest after 3 minutes, your audience probably will, too.
